Startup-Focused xto10x Raises $25M Led by Co-Founder

xto10x Technologies Pvt Ltd, which operates scaling platform xto10x Technologies, announced on Wednesday that it has raised $25 million (approximately Rs 187 crore) Series A funding led by the company’s co-founder, Binny Bansal.

The round also saw the participation of a group of undisclosed founders and senior executives from startups in India and Southeast Asia.

The platform plans to deploy the new capital to accelerate learning programs, software tools and operating capabilities, which will incentivize early-stage startups to scale their operations.

Founded in 2018 by Saikiran Krishnamurthy, Binny Bansal, and Neeraj Aggarwal, xto10x Technologies helps startups scale by providing learning programs, operations services, and software-as-a-service solutions.

“Our experience over the past two years has shown us that founders really want support to grow quickly and build sustainable businesses.

Doing deep mining work with startups and converting that experience into software tools and learning programs has helped us build strong momentum, driving 4X growth over the past year. In fact, xto10x is already a profitable business,” said Saikiran Krishnamurthy, co-founder of xto10x Technologies.

xto10x said in a statement that more than 100 startups use its software tools such as 10xGoals (OKR), 10xPeople (eNPS) and 10xPerformance (performance management).

The company claims that seven of the 24 companies in their 10xAcademy Founder Program have turned into unicorns (private companies valued at over $1 billion).

In 2021, xto10x acquired Dockabl, a SaaS-based HR technology startup, to expand its employee experience platform.
