Vivayic and Partners Win Brandon Hall Awards of Excellence | Commercial achievements

Three coveted Brandon Hall Group Awards of Excellence have been won thanks to the fruitful collaboration between Vivayic, Inc.and three partnerships – University of Missouri (MU), National Pork Board (NPB), and Farm Credit Services of America (FCSA) and Frontier Farm Credit (FFC).

“Receiving these awards is an incredible way to celebrate the hard work and extended partnership with our customers,” said Seth Derner, co-founder of Vivayic. “The Vivayic team is honored to have played a role in impacting each of our partners’ mission and to earn this recognition for their programs.”

FCSA and FFC — mission-driven, customer-owned financial cooperatives dedicated to serving rural America — won a Gold Excellence Award for developing a new onboarding program. Vivayic’s key role in developing the award-winning program was to gather content, prioritize program learning outcomes, and clearly define key responsibilities for new hires.

The recent collaboration between NPB – an organization that funds research and creates and promotes producer and consumer education programs – and Vivayic led to a Silver Excellence Award. Vivayic joined with NPB to create a certification program, a transportation quality assurance program, covering topics that gave the carrier more voice and choice in learning material to cover.

A Bronze Achievement Award was presented to MU Sinclair School of Nursing and MU Extension in collaboration with Vivayic for their development of the Enhanced Leadership Development Academy (ELDA), training for long-term care nurses in the Missouri. ELDA provides high-quality education that provides nurse leaders with hands-on learning experiences in areas such as conflict management, quality assurance, meaningful work, and working with different generations.
